Delivery

Packages are generally shipped the next morning after payment is received. They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature or with Mondial Relais according to your choice when ordering. In mainland France, the shipping time is less than 3 working days. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are free, shipping costs therefore consist exclusively of transport costs. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each. Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Return and refund

All return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order by contacting the seller, because the seller will bear the cost of return to France and free of charge by providing a prepaid Colissimo voucher. The return must be made to the address indicated on the Colissimo voucher only. The products must be in new condition, they must not bear any traces of use. Products must not have been opened and must be returned in their complete packaging unopened. It is only after verifying that these conditions are met that we will proceed with an exchange or refund of the amounts collected for the returned items, with the exception of the initial shipping costs. Otherwise, no refund can be due, the customer will remain the owner of the product, which he may be returned at his own expense.
